West Covina Hotel Feasibility Study

Project Description

Leese & Associates developed this conceptual design for a hotel located over the parking lot behind the West Covina City Hall building. The guest unit tower interlocks with a two-level parking structure and is elevated over the existing City Hall parking lot with minimal impacts to the existing surface parking. 

Mark has produced concepts for hotels, apartment complexes, and elderly housing for Land Development Associates for a dozens of sites across the US.
