Project Description
The project is intended to be a pilot program using innovative technologies and other capital improvements to enhance ridership and performance of Routes 15/15 Ltd, and enhance the security, safety, and amenities available to patrons through transit station and streetscape design. Phase 1 includes development of concepts for enhancements, preliminary design, and cost estimates.
