Project Description
Leese & Associates developed this conceptual design for a Four Points by Sheraton located in Sarasota, FL. It is an addition to an existing Best Western hotel. The existing hotel has three buildings: two guest room buildings and a small building for reception and administration. The proposal calls for two floors to be added on top of one of the guest room buildings and one additional floor on top of the other guest room building, and new construction that will connect all three buildings.
Leese & Associates has produced concepts for hotels, apartment complexes, and senior housing for Land Developer Associates for dozens of sites across the US.
