Project Description
Leese & Associates developed the design for this hotel located on the northeast quadrant of the intersection of the San Bernardino Freeway and Fairplex Drive in Pomona, CA. The site is on a steep hillside overlooking the freeway and represents a significant opportunity to create a striking gateway statement for travelers entering the City of Pomona from I-10.
The public common areas will be open, with strong connections to the outdoors and views. The first two floors will have strong horizontal lines in the form of expansive decks that extend past the building and over the south face to create deep shadows.
