Project Description
Mark Leese, while with a previous firm,  created a plan for the redevelopment and renewal of downtown Monument based on workshops attended by residents and business people.  A list of infrastructure improvements (with costs and phasing) was compiled, with the objective of enhancing the pedestrian and automobile access into and within the downtown.
