Project Description
Mark Leese developed a conceptual master plan for the placement of monuments at key intersections around the perimeter of the Lowry Business Park, then designed these “gateway” monuments which were built at 1st and Quebec, Lowry and Quebec, and Lowry and Uinta Way. The design incorporates large Air Force stars in the concrete paving, brick piers and planters, and a repeating “prairie grass” motif in the steel fence above the planters.
