Project Description
A private residence for Mark Leese and Joanz Cirie, this 2600 SF “ranch loft” is located in a predominately industrial neighborhood. It includes a 600 SF studio that serves as the office space for Leese & Associates. It features hot water-heated concrete floors, all steel construction, a large skylight that provides daylight to a majority of the residential space, and a two-car garage with access from the alley. The home was featured in the HGTV cable TV series Dream Builders episode that aired on May 29, 2005.
