Project Description
Mark Leese developed the conceptual land use plan for this 380-acre site on the west coast of Taiwan. The program includes a Formula One racetrack circuit, four hotels, casino, convention center, theaters and museums, outdoor amphitheater, family entertainment area, retail, worker housing, villas that surround and have access to the racetrack circuit, and a functioning harbor that will double as a venue for boat racing.
