Project Description
Mark Leese, while with a previous firm, developed this downtown redevelopment plan for downtown Fountain, located seven miles south of Colorado Springs. The historic downtown is small but will, over time, be added to in a way that preserves the existing feel and character of the place, and capitalizes on its unique strengths and opportunities.
