 Project Description

Leese & Associates was the prime contractor for this 1910 SF tenant finish retail space in the old Stark Lumber redevelopment project at Santa Fe Drive and 1st Avenue, now redeveloped as The Yard.  In addition to being a coffee shop, the project is the roasting and packing facility for Copper Door Coffee Roasters. It includes a cupping (taste testing) area, areas for roasting, packing and shipping, offices and storage space, a large coffee bar, and seating for 16.
