Project Description
Leese & Associates developed this conceptual design for an addition to and renovation of an existing hotel into a Holiday Inn Express, located in Brandon, FL, near Tampa. The project consists of adding a full service restaurant and meeting rooms to the first floor, upgrades to all existing guest rooms, common areas, and exterior, and the addition of an entire floor.
Leese & Associates has produced concepts for hotels, apartment complexes, and senior housing for Land Developer Associates for dozens of sites across the US.
