Project Description
The project consisted of a $43 million dedicated BRT transit way. Components included six transit stations, transit shelters, two bridges, an underpass, flag stops, and conceptual design of a prototype hybrid electric-CNG-powered transit vehicle.

Status of Implementation
A tax increase to finance the project was rejected by the electorate in 1994, and Pitkin County continues to work toward its implementation.
