Development of building standards that were incorporated into the Land Use Code.
Leese & Associates’ Role
Created the Agate Avenue Streetscape Design Workbook, a catalog of streetscape elements with several photos for each element to help town officials communicate to developers and designers the kind of character that is desirable for streetscape design in Granby.
