Project Description
The project provided planning guidance that will enable and encourage transit supportive development in the developable areas within a half-mile radius of the commuter rail station to be located just north of 88th Ave, west of Colorado Boulevard. The project determined the final alignment of Welby Road and the land uses and densities on the 48 acres of vacant land on the east side of the station.
